Most items are shipped via United Parcel Services(UPS). However, in some instance, items will be shipped via United State Postal Service(USPS).
Please be sure to include both your physical mailing address and PO Box if applicable.
Please refer to the UPS website for shipping times for the various delivery methods.
Items may take up to seven(7) business days to ship, either from our location or from one of our drop shippers / partners.
RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. The majority of the time, issues can be resolved without having to ship the item back. This saves eveyone time and money.
All returns must be in the original packaging and in an unused condition. If the item is missing packaging or in a used condition, an amount will be deducted from the refund to make up for this.
All return shipping costs are your responsiblility. Any item that is attempted to be delivered with charges due, will be refused. We will cover costs to have a replacement items delivered.
If an item shipped to you is truly the wrong item and it was our mistake, we wil issue a call tag with a package delivery company. They will pick the package up and ship it back to us at our expense.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Any items that you want to return for a refund or exchange for a different item, must be done so within 5 days from the date of delivery.
